We're back to waiting.
Our title company sent our paperwork to Bob Ward late afternoon on Friday, January 19, which means Bob Ward wasn't able to apply for the building permit with the county until Monday the 22nd. So that's where we are - waiting for the county to approve the paperwork. We have no idea how long the permit process takes, but my guess is we probably aren't going to be breaking ground until sometime in February.
But, we own the land and we don't need a house there in order to shoot archery! We had a mini archery party yesterday afternoon with our friends Matt, Craig, and Jamie. Steve's parents were out and about yesterday afternoon, close to where our property is, so they stopped by to say hi too. After shooting and searching for a few arrows, we checked out our future local bar - Black Forest Tap House.
